​Decision Day - The senior class counselor will invite seniors to celebrate by announcing their post-secondary decision (i.e., College-University/Trade School/Military/Career).
SENIOR SURVEYS DEADLINE-May 3rd (Scholarships) & May 31st (All Seniors):

Honors Convocation: Senior Scholarship Survey-May 3rd, 3:00 pm Deadline- This is an important but optional survey that is used to create the annual Honors Convocation scholarship-celebration event held each May before graduation. This survey is important because, if a student/parent does not tell us what merit scholarship(s) have been awarded, then we cannot include them in the scholarship celebration portion of the event.

Counselor's Mandatory Seniors Exit Survey-May 31st Deadline: This is an important exit survey required of each graduating senior.

REMEMBER TO ATTEND HONORS CONVOCATION IF ONE OR MORE THE FOLLOWING ARE TRUE:

You have a confirmed 7th semester 3.0+ Cumulative GPA and received an official congratulatory letter in March from the principal.

You have one or more confirmed scholarship submissions through the Senior Scholarships Survey, or have spoken directly with the SSC secretary.
-
You have a confirmed enlistment into any branch of the US military, and the principal has spoken to you about an event assignment.

PRE-ORDER YOUR FINAL TRANSCRIPT-Now thru June 30th: Your final transcript will be available to send to colleges on or before June 30th. Seniors and parents can place their pre-orders starting now. To pre-order you MUST select the order option, "Hold for Grades", before you submit the order. This action will place your pre-order in a holding queue for automatic release the moment the principal deems the transcripts accurate and official. To place your pre-order go to ReachHigherOHS.org/transcript and log in through the custom OHS-Parchment Portal.

Attention Senior Class & Parents: In order for a senior's scholarship(s) to be celebrated at Honors Convocation in May, the Senior and/or their Parent must submit a SENIOR SCHOLARSHIP SURVEY by the deadline.
WHY SUBMIT YOUR SCHOLARSHIP SURVEY?

The Scholarship segment of Honors Convocation is a time where we celebrate ALL seniors who’ve won an academic merit scholarship. But we cannot celebrate a student to whom we don't know they've been awarded a merit scholarship.

The Scholarship Survey provides crucial information use in creating the printed event program. The Scholarship segment is a key part of the Honors Convocation celebration.

PRE-ORDER FINAL TRANSCRIPT = NOW THRU JUNE 30th!
Final transcripts will be available to send to colleges on or before June 30th. Seniors and parents can place their pre-orders starting now. (Parents MUST use their own personal Parent-account when ordering.) To pre-order you MUST select the order option, "Hold for Grades", before the order is submitted. Pre-orders goin into a holding queue for automatic release the moment administration deems the transcripts accurate and official. All orders are placed for free through the custom OHS-Parchment Portal online on the Order My Transcript page.
