The Letter of Recommendation Request Form is a downloadable, printable, and fillable PDF. There are also printed copies in the SSC. The form is a resource tool for this year's graduating students to use as they apply for apprenticeships, jobs, trade school, and college.

IMPORTANT TIPS:

Make Timely Plans -

  • 1. Timing is Key Give requestees PLENTY of time to fulfill your request on time. Keep in mind that dozens of seniors might be asking the same teacher or administrator for a letter. The more time you give them, the better.

  • 2. Communication is Key - Ask them ahead of time if they are able to manage a request letter by your deadline. think ahead of time about who you will ask and provide them a copy of your request form well ahead of time.

Make & Keep Original -
Fill out 1 original copy and keep that original so you are able to make additional copies if needed.

Make & Distribute Copies - Make copies of your original and provide a copy to each of your requestees.
